Centre of Excellence for Change Management
The CEC is an institutional platform for all like minded change agents from government organisations, public utilities and civil society to champion transformation of the governance of critical services from within. Building on the experience of the Change Management Group (CMG), the CEC works with the vision of Secure Water and Food for All, Forever. and a mission to mitigate climate challenges, water and food crisis, through a paradigm shift in water management and service delivery engendering individual and organisational change.

1) Amendment to Georgia FLL Training Contract
The Amendment to the Contract “Contract No. GR/CS/CQS/10 Dated 01” for the Consultancy Services of Providing ‘Curriculum Development, Master Training and Implementation Support for Field-Level Leadership (FLL) Training, Exposure Visit and Curriculum Development (Outside Georgia) for the FLL Coach Trainees from Georgian Amelioration (GA), Georgia has been signed on 01.08.2026.
Additional Services to be Provided by the Consultant:
- Extended Period: 12 Months
- Workshops: Two On-Site Implementation Support Workshops, one during ‘November 2026’ and another one during ‘March 2027’
- Funded By: World Bank
- Conducted By: Joint Venture of Global Water Partnership-Mediterranean (GWP-Med), Addis Ababa Water and Sewerage Authority (AAWSA) and Centre of Excellence for Change Management (CEC)

Publications
An innovative activity workbook on water called the Water Book is being developed by CEC for students of classes 5 to 8 covering topics on water, environment and sanitation and is nearing completion. This activity book will help children develop their language, math, and thinking skills while the children explore the theme of water. All these skills are taught while the children explore the theme of water.
